ZCE Requirements for Trader Suitability of PTA（TA）

Corporation client

1、Knowledge test

The client needs to pass the knowledge test of CFA trader suitability.

2、Trading experience (Satisfy one of below)

(1) No less than 20 Transaction records of domestic futures emulation trade in 10 days.

(2) More than 10 transactions records of domestic futures trade in the past three years.

(3) More than 10 transactions records of abroad futures trade in the past three years.

3、Fund certificate

The available fund balance of the margin account must be no less than RMB 100,000 yuan or the equivalent foreign currency in the latest 5 working days before application.

4、Company system

The client must have internal control system and risk management system when participating in the futures trading.

5、Credit requirements

There is no serious bad credit record,and no prohibited or restricted participation record on futures trading.

Individual client

The client needs to pass the knowledge test of CFA trader suitability.
